That weird, visit TM point asking upgrade my non fibre to 100mbps
I say have been receive SMS and TM call can upgrade,
Staff say cannot upgrade yet as fibre not available
Yes about old unifi tv box can maintain if upgrade to 100mbps

I get SMS from many number, agent, unifi team PJ, even unifi itself



I click those link, fill up form, 2 time he call me back visit TM point,

Mine if look at the detail breakdown, 500mbps without ultimate plan is RM129 per month.  .

Got ask them last time whether can remove, haha. TM said cannot since it is bundled together. But will try like you said to downgrade to aneka. RM20-RM30 saving is also good.

Good deal. A bit tempted to down my price from the current 139 for 300Mbps (which is already a good price) since I'm out of contract and not planning to move anytime soon.

Seems i got a sms and also on my unifi app that i got a free speed upgrade service for my unifi for 30 days, but speedtest its still showing around 100mbps speed even after i rebooted the modem and router, anyone know what kind of "free upgrade" is this actually?

And i see some users are getting Unifi 300mbps for RM129, I'm currently using 100mbps for RM129 and I definitely need that 300mbps deal.

Do I have to wait until my contract ends to get that special offer at the TM point? Or is it only for selected customers

Update, I managed to change the plan without UnifiTV for RM 119. Same package which means 100Mbps(RM99) and I add on RM 20 for 600mins talktime since my parents need the house phone but without the UnifiTV 😊.  Some are lucky here to get the same package but at much lower price RM99. I am not gonna complain about it since Unifi has been stable for me. And the price would remain the same after 24 months...

I just went for this offer and I told the staff I wanted the 100 Mbps @ RM119 plan and no further question. My request was processed immediately. I didn't even bring the transfer ID and I didn't request to switch to other provider.

Nope I do have contact till Nov 2022 🙃 because I just upgraded to 100Mbps package with UPB on last year Nov. UnifiTV is 1 year contact but since I took UPB its 2 years contract. Anyhow I don't know how they works on this but this is what I got. The unifiTV still can watch the basic free channels.

Hi, I saw many of you say that RM129 for 300mbps, so I immediately call my mum to upgrade their home 100mbps but they don't know how to do it.
Yesterday I login to their router through the Asuscomm DDNS, since last time I bought an Asus router and went back to hometown and help them to setup the router. I can access their router remotely through internet to check their router status.

Yesterday I login to their router to do speed test then amazingly got 300mbps. So I ask them whether they successfully request the upgrade from TM. They say they did not do anything, their Unifi just automatically upgraded from 100mbps -> 300mbps without notice.



So I want to ask everyone who are existing user with 100mbps@RM129/mth, did you all received the new offer for free upgrade to 300mbps????

must the contract be expired first to get this plan?

Went to T.Pelangi tmpoint, request to change 300mbps RM129, representative said only offer to who change to other ISP, aiseh 🤦‍♂️

Weird. I call up tmpoint that I want to switch from Maxis to Unifi and the person told me that the offer $129 expired end of Nov'21.
