You can call up TM for Call Transfer feature. Not free this service.

PS: RM 1.50 per month as showed in TM website..... Your company can afford.

No lag to my Netflix at all on ethernet even my package is 100mpbs unless I use vpn to US.

Is that anyway to check using IPv6 better? I try before but dont feel any difference after enabled.

I watched your link. No issue. Using Unifi 100mpbs with Google dns.

Upgrade to those package without unifi TV then will solve your problem.

Just reject it if you feel not safe. They can test connection from HQ. My house connection dowm due to outside greenbox cable broken. My wife (work in TM) directly called up the Unifi GM to speed up the repair process because that day she got TM online meeting. TM team can actually troubleshoot included networking speedtest. From the repair report, I can see network connection speedtest background is one of the requirement. The GM highlighted to my wife that our house never do speedtest before to test the stability of the connection.

Test it yourself on the original Unifi router first then only decide want to upgrade later.

Since you said you took up the free promo which I did, you can't terminate. Just wait one or two months later to terminate. No package under 500mpbs that without any TV pack currently if not mistaken.
