How y'all got the cheap upgrade? I went to local TMPoint, I show them the pricelist even, they dont have any idea what that is, and keep pointing me to normal upgrade package, went back in disappointment.

Mine is on Unifi 30 - RM70, grandfathered account since 512Kbps , same price til now, time to get some kicks out of it, or fork extra 50 for that sweet 100.

Anyone here get a temporary unifi speed upgrade for 30 days, today?

i told the staff at the counter said that i want this package, he ask the same question,but later he said that this package is internal use only

It seems that to get the RM139 @300mbps package you need to get a ISP id from another provider, or your just lucky at the TM point counter where they didn't read the T&C. I have only gotten the RM159 @300mbps via 100 TM line but I want to get that RM139 package no matter what...

Btw since its 300mbps for the upgrade, means we will get a public ip correct?

How did you managed to get this package? Do you need to give TM any reference for you to get this price?

did they change your router? have to surrender the old router?

My setori is quite same like this, went last friday, asked for SWU RM129@300Mbps. Lots of question asked, get from where info then see supervisor at the back around 20 minutes. But at the end they did process my request, maybe my contract already ended and i oso make sad2 story about anak2 nak pdpr need extra speed and all. but die2 dun want to pay more. 2 times fingerprint verification then she said done, need to wait for hq calls later on.

May i know, to those who successfully get process for this StayWithUnifi Packages, how long u guys need to wait to be updated in ur portal and ur speed at home?

Just to update,
I just left from TM Point USJ/Taipan, so I tried and do the same where TM100 asked me to come to TMPoint for a special package price, and showed the pricelist that i gotten from the forum.

They asked where did i get this, I just said i got it from a contact and they have gotten this price.

And the funny thing is that, i saw the same pricelist lying on the counter desk where i was attended, but then they still say that the prices listed on that pricelist i gave is wrong an outdated, so they only offered me the 159 for 300mbps package.

Since I do not have alot of chance to visit any TMPoint soon, i willingly took that package cause I wanted the speed and also the public IP with the package, i guess i paid an extra 20 bucks to get the 300mbps speed....

Did u check in unifi portal as well whether the new package is updated in your account profile?

- Account on my_unifi say Turbo 300mbps.
- Will try speedtest during off-peak hours.
- Router is provided by TM

I Just Ask TM through live chat the monthly price if want to maintain 500mbps after the 30 days free upgrade. CS said my monthly will increase from RM159 to RM209.

For RM249, they are offering 500mbps+ultimate+unifi Plus Box +600min free call+new router wifi 6. 

Mine just broadband only lol. I though got special price after the free upgrade

To increase your chance:-
1. Good that your contract already ended. But some members here managed to change.
2. Then showed the staff the pricelist to save your time to ask them check.
3. Tell the staff, TM 100 advice you come to change since can't do it online.
IF not manage to do it and you want stronger excuse then get offer from Maxis/Celcom/other ISP. Saw from FB that some Maxis agent offer 300mbps at RM129 2 years contract, after 2 yrs, price back to RM149. Get transfer request ID from them n bring to TM Point to port out, guaranteed you will be counter offer by TM 😂
