My QoS set to ON but can get this speedtest thru WIFI from my Tplink AX10. With Nvidia Shield TV connected, 2 kids tablet working too. My case everything proceed on the spot at counter and TM point officer told me up to 2 days. I returned home and rest speed the same. Then can't wait just reboot everything then speed upgraded immediately. So my case took few hours only. My application was those early December batch which no technician came out any free equipment. Your case delay may due to lack of technicians after flood around Selangor. Many houses facing broadband issues. My advice is go try up your luck in TM Point Center instead of listen us since all can be done only at TM Point Center. My application key in the system and effective within few hours only. The staff said no issue at all after check in system of my contract and system accepted. That's early of December. The problem here is not only price war. Maxis is smart too because original price 300mbps is RM149 and only certain agent can give RM20/m for 24 months. Your package are same as me. No details to show under this package in myunifi app. Do you really can login your xxx@iptv in playtv@unifi app? My one can't use to login anymore after changed to this plan since no more free call and unifitv. Wonder how the system differentiate. Which branch? You may reboot your modem and rest the speed. If still old speed then pray since deadline till yesterday only.
