Wta is this normal? I saw the Astro website they have the promo rm90 for 500 mbps and I called them for 2 days straight and the person said will email me the details to register for the promo, both days I didn’t receive the email??? The only email I got from them was a survey email..

I think they didn’t sent me anything at all. That survey email I think it’s automated? Very strange spoke to 2 different person and both didn’t send the registration email after saying they will. Now I’m looking at Time promo.

Survey email usually automated, well sometimes customer service are totally useless, no matter how many times we call them, the results still nothing can be done 😕🐝
