RM1 is shop discount. You need to collect Shopee voucher to get the 10% off. Some 10% got capped at RM50. Some no cap.

TLOU was originally released for PS3 and remade for PS4. The PS4 version is perfectly fine. Sony or rather Jim Ryan is pure greedy. They took the team off Days Gone 2 and force the to do remake of TLOU on PS5 just because Days Gone is not making much money and the Metracritic rating only 7.1 or something.

Under the reign of Jim Ryan Sony is only about making money. Closing down PS3 and Vita store just to force ppl into buying new games. Don't care about game preservation, don't care what gamer wants. Jim is not a gamer for gamer. He only knows how to make money.

There are few types of 10% off voucher. Some are capped at 5000 coins. Some are unlimited.

I don't think that's possible. Games are region free but DLC are not. So you can play R3 games but you can't install R3 DLCs.
What you can do though is to create a R3 account and buy R3 DLCs but use your R1 account to play online using R1 PS Plus.
I also stuck with R1 account since PS3. Too many games inside to give up.

Buying PS4 version and DLC separately should be cheaper than buying the PS5 version. But I don't see the DLC is up for sale?

EDIT: The price is RM79. I bought PS4 FFVII Remake for RM129. Still cheaper than RM299.
