I'm just wondering whether these contests are properly audited, and with this LLK winning often, anyone ever report to authorities to look into any foul play.

From what i know, big companies don't run all these contest themselves - they often appoint contest agencies to manage the whole thing from coming up with the idea, to collecting the contest forms, selecting the winners etc. What if the contest management company - has staffs with invested personal interest? what are the chances for manipulation? just a thought
Slogan contest ah... most of the time it's just something companies add in to protect themselves from being questioned about Lucky Draw. At the end of it, very likely you've been picked as a winner via a draw. As with all contest, organizor need the public to do something ie. answer a question, spot something in the image, write a slogan or create a tagline etc.

Very few actually genuinely runs a slogan contest (unsure of the one you joined).

The shareholders won't bother since the expenses must be spent. If no people report, then no investigation. And this is time-consuming since I doubt the p will be so free to stalk him all the time. If there were fraud, LLK must have contacted the staff of those companies before.

and it's considered as victimless crime" ( if crime is a proper word for it).  he's just part of the system. A system where no genuine contestant is actually awarded the grand prize.
