I see the spec are
4096x2160p(24,50,60Hz), 3840x2160p(24,25,30,50,60Hz), 1080p(30,50,60Hz), 1080/24p, 1080i(50,60Hz), 720p(30,50,60Hz), 720/24p, 576p, 576i 480p, 480i

because i only have PS4 slim so i not sure my TV can support 60FPS or not. thanks for advice

I think first batch all paid full and retailer can’t resell regardless pre purchasers gonna show up or not.

Yes it is possible to do 4K HDR10 with 60FPS.

Seems Sony had to source different fan models to meet production needs
Hopefully no other more important components having same issues of different quality.

oops posted by someone up there but i think tis is not a good way to treat people. someone this one can easily seen whether u get the lousier fan or not when open the sideplate. but u cant do anything about it to sony lol.

Not double standards lah, more of a production issue. Probably sourcing different models/supplier due to lack of supply during the pandemic. Better pray that it's only the fan that they compromised on to meet production needs.

As per one of the youtube video doing in-dept termo testing, we can reduce the PS5 temperature by 5 degree Celsius by just not having the 2 white plates...... Anyone planning to use it without the plates?

I wonder how loud is the PS5 fan with fewer blades is.

Changing the PS4 pro fan wasn’t tough but certainly not something I want to do if I can help it.

Either way, this is more reason for me to just wait and hold up on the PS5 purchase. Perhaps till Q3 next year where they’ve fixed this issue.

Sony knows they can cheap-out whoever they want, and it still wont affect sales. Being ethical is not in their business motto
