How is the second phase compared to the first phase? Better quality?

Phase 1 more of a starter home layout and pricing compared to Phase 2
Phase 2 exluding the 560sqft smallest unit, the second one is 915sqft, price jump 100k++
There's no in between

Facilities wise, more or less the same
