From where I am living right now, there's no difference for me. I'm also surrounding by factories and a little more distant are kampungs. I am also aiming for renting to factory employee. Booked the B1 unit @ 2 room with balcony facing North at Block A. SPA price 380k before minus 10%. A lot of thing will change down the road after 4 years when handover. |
