May I inquire of where to RMA a Powercolor VGA? (Powercolor HD5850)
This is the first time I bought a Powercolor product and frankly I never heard of this brand before until I bought this GC, probably they are not as highly established as Sapphire, XFX, Gigabyte etc. in terms of brands here in Malaysia, but of course they must have a local distributor here...?
I ask because Google can't seem to find any result regarding to the distributor(s) of Powercolor Graphic Cards in M'sia....

i heard that kingston amble action in LYP has shifted to other place, is it true? if i'm not wrong, it's in amoda.

hmm.. last I claim warranty for the Kingston RAM is at the UPTOWN PJ (if not mistaken the name is also Amble Action),,, very fast service... I thought I just need to send the RAM and wait for few days to get it back, it turns out, I got it immediately... from the counter - that guy received the RAM, wait for him to fill up all the forms, and then he gave you the replacement RAM

i did encounter some problem with my HIS ati4850 gc

i called cycom to ask regarding the warranty but they tell me HIS gc only provide 1year warranty which i think suppose to be 2year...

cycom say will charge me because it over 1year shop warranty...plus incase if they cant claim the warranty,the gc will given back 2 me without charges..

so
1)i would like to know HIS gc which bought on nov2008 still have warranty????
2)where is the place for direct rma claim??i called ban leong tech as stated at 1st post but they say they didnt provide rma for end user...must through the shop...izit true??

for samsung optical where to claim??
