i did encounter some problem with my HIS ati4850 gc

i called cycom to ask regarding the warranty but they tell me HIS gc only provide 1year warranty which i think suppose to be 2year...

cycom say will charge me because it over 1year shop warranty...plus incase if they cant claim the warranty,the gc will given back 2 me without charges..

so
1)i would like to know HIS gc which bought on nov2008 still have warranty????
2)where is the place for direct rma claim??i called ban leong tech as stated at 1st post but they say they didnt provide rma for end user...must through the shop...izit true??
