i got a dead kingston 1gb 533 ram brought from thundermatch.(lifetime warranty) should i send it directly to one of these directly for RMA
or is there any procedure to follow like RMA through the retailer i brought it from..

May I inquire of where to RMA a Powercolor VGA? (Powercolor HD5850)
This is the first time I bought a Powercolor product and frankly I never heard of this brand before until I bought this GC, probably they are not as highly established as Sapphire, XFX, Gigabyte etc. in terms of brands here in Malaysia, but of course they must have a local distributor here...?
I ask because Google can't seem to find any result regarding to the distributor(s) of Powercolor Graphic Cards in M'sia....
