WD hard drive comes with 3 years warranty if we were to purchase from stores directly. But the hdd that I have problem with was purchased with HP, their laptop. And according to HP, the hdd now has a warranty of only 1 year. This is not fair. WD also refused to assist. Push me to HP.

I got motherboard Asus for claim warranty but after calling 3 distributor Asus, they're will not serve any END USER. They're asking to send the shop. I boguht this mobo from other seller and found he also don't know how long warranty still available. Anybody can check it based on this serial number.

Does anybody know where to claim Zotac graphic card? I think I lost the receipt already. will they entertain my warranty claim? but i somehow already registered on their website for extended 5 years warranty within 14 days after I purchased the card. Thank you.

it seem there are 2 distributors for kingmax. the one in lowyat is under MCM. you need to bring your original receipt (which strangely, they will keep it) and they will confirm first if they are the distributor for the shop. if not, then you need to go to the other distributor, which they don't know (maybe Servex).

wanna ask if i bought p67 gigabyte mobo from personal (individual) with no receipt but still has manufacturer warranty..can i go to nation tech and swap it with b3 mobo??

all retail shops will cover 1st year of warranty F.O.C.
for item after 1 year, they will charge you RM30~50 service charge to help you send it to distributor for warranty claim...
if you do not want to pay anything, you need to go to the distributor directly yourself...
