Yeah the letter from the bank saying money sent off to govt. Might ask him to check with his bank whether they can provide a letter stating the funds came from his account originally. I believe he is still with the same bank not sure why they sent off his FD to govt in the first place instead of rolling it into his account.

No idea about that but I'm sure they have an SOP for that. Perhaps for someone who has immigrated and no longer has a local bank account.

We didn't need to submit that letter.

Same thing with my FIL's joint FD. He also has an account at the bank but they sent the FD to eGumis. I suppose the bank cannot simply put the joint FD back into his non-joint account.

how to get the money out if my parents dont know how to use egumis? or any office can go to get it out? any document needed? thanks

If online only, you can do for them or anyone can do, for that matter. For simplest scenario, just need photos of IC and 1st page of bank statement or pass book.

Want to go office also can. I only know the one in Putrajaya. Search for WTD, Wang Tak Dituntut, Jabatan Akauntan Negara or combos of that.

I did a few. Excluding the anomaly, the fully online ones ranged from 41-48 days.

Almost a month already.
But they say within 31 working days will bank in the amount

I need help . perihal empunya is my father name. then perihal penerima can put my name or must put father name?

salinan surat pengesahan asal entiti serahan is what? which one i should load? ic and bank statement enough ? i dont understand and thank you very much

Think the penerima should be your name as you are the one receiving the money.

See the one that says mandatory. Upload the ones that says mandatory only. The one says tidak just skip it.

I upload only two documents my IC front and back and the bank statement

Must be your father's name unless he's no longer around. IC and bank enough. If they need more they will reject and ask for more docs.

It should be around a month after that "Baharu" part.
Usually "Baharu" happen a day "Pengesahan 2", guess you got unlucky.

Ok lah, should coming soon. From Docs 2 to New, mine was 0 to 7 days. From New to money, 18, 33, 35, 44 & 45 days.
