In order to check we need to download an app right? Tried to register for my mom yesterday via web. after trying several times I downloaded the app and then only could register. After checking she has like 1,000 plus ringgit from koperasi insurance and bank.tried to find out how to claim via online but failed.later found an old youtube video that shows how to claim via online.then tried again but I noticed the button to click ' buat permohonan menuntut' like the one in the video isn't available.does this mean we have to manually claim at the counter?😤😡😡

No need app. Not even sure if they have an app. I did all mine via the website. Can change to EN, that may give you a better idea of what the buttons do.

Translate in English also same bri.for some reason they don't support online claim again I think

Forgot to mention.they have apps.if try to register via web always error .probably because I'm using phone.even tried the browser version web still same.can only register via app.

Just tested a few mins ago on website. After search and selecting the WTD, click "Teruskan dengan Permohonan" to go to next screen where you enter recipients.

my status pengesahan 1 16.4.25 pengesahan dokumen 2 17.4.25 then no more and almost 1 month already. still need to wait rite? what shall i do or just wait?

My app have stated that the permohonan telah disahkan Dan hantar untuk process pembayaran. After the pengesahan document 2 you should get the Baharu Status in the egumis portal. I went to the office and they say within 3 months for the process of money to be bank in. If you don't understand the online portal may should try manual submission in the office

The longest I waited from Doc2 to New was 23 days. Others were quite fast like 1-7 days. Any notes about additional documents needed in the status? They would also email you this. Something like this:



sometimes they'll tell you what missing.

3 months already still haven't received my unclaimed money. Hope this month receive been way to long to claim back the money

Yeah I don't know why, I have been waiting so long. Even went to the office in Perak Jabatan Akautan. They wait till 3rd month if still haven't get apply in office manually. I don't know why always the government things in Malaysia so damn slow. Even the Kwsp pemgeluaran I had to wait so very long. Hope they update the Malaysian system fast. With computers it should be very easy to keep track but I don't know.
