yo, shout out to thank TS! I just checked and had RM200 dating back to 2007! Just uploaded the required documents, IC and bank statement only. Now waiting to see how long it takes for them to process!

anyone managed to claim successfully on behalf of parents using own egumis account, with money to be sent to parent's bank account?
i.e. egumis acc: you
unclaimed money owned by: parent
pay to: parent bank account

like some old folks are illiterate ya...

You need to register an egumis account using your parent's mykad no. Then login into that egumis account to claim the money to be paid to your parent's bank account.

Any idea on the claim process for family member that already passed away ? Just checked my late dad's claim and he seems to have lil bit of unclaimed cash left. Anyone has previous done the claim process for this scenario before ? seeking guidance.

The claim process depends on whether your late dad left a will.

Unfortunately my dad didn't write a will upon his demise. In this case, is there a way to proceed with the unclaim process? I have all the necessary paperworks, etc for the previous claims (insurance, bank accounts, assets , etc)
