On the surface, pretty convenient. Now let's see how long they'll take to process and whether we'll be updated of any developments.

Tried applying last week. Rejected as account's applicant name must be the same name as the owner (was using my account), so submitted new application under my dad's account.

Weirdly the option to add new carian cannot be used after an existing carian is available (the box couldn't be ticked). Does new carian can only be submitted after the previous application was finished or what?

EDIT: Managed to do above the following day, so two different applications

sorry for ranting here...

I made an application to get back unclaimed money. The money was from a bank account which was dormant, and closed by the bank.

I submitted all the necessary documents with the applications. But two months later, they replied to me, saying that there was one missing document

I have a feeling that Jabatan Akaun Negara is purposely making it hard for us to claim back money.
Dunno lah... maybe Madani use our money to fund petrol subsidies
