How long processing?

They told me to wait around 2 month .
But i got it in 1 and a half month .
I didnt do online . Submit by walk in.

Anyone received their unclaimed money this month?

I have been trying for weeks for online application but when I click Proceed to Application, the error page always pops up. Anyone is facing the same issue? I emailed and called them but no reply. Mobile phone and computer same error. I tried both Chrome and Edge.

Oh sorry. Forgot to mention I downloaded the app too. But I can't do anything except check WTD. No other button to do anything else.

Then better try manual submission in office I heard is faster to get the money this way.Plus the website always experiencing high traffic

Need advice

A few months ago, I tried to claim back my money from egumis. The application was rejected, because it said I didn't submit a statement from the bank.

Now I got the statement from the bank that I was the co-owner of the bank. But when I login to the egumis portal, I couldn't find a way to upload the document.

Do I need to click the Hapus button of the previous application, and start all over again?

Need help on this...
I login to the egumis portal, go to Borang Permohan -> Muatnaik Dokumen

But there is no button for me to upload document.
Also can't click the Seterusnya button...
So how

for those who applied and March and still no update like me better walk in and double confirm. the officer say there was a glitch. application received but the supporting documents although confirmed received on our side , is not received by them.

i had to resubmit fresh application ...

finally chked my ac & its in

too bad, they should have inform via email

instead when I chk my ac, that amt shows its from Akuntant Negara Malaysia -MOF-E
