diff ppl diff need bro... at this rumawip pricing + 900sqft... still can walk to mrt... sure got ppl rent one and its not that high dense also compared to other rumawip in the market

That's true, so far I have only had one freehold rumawip - circo pantai biggrin.gif
When ppl say they want only freehold but budget is 300k, want nice location in KL.. I donno what to say.
Sometimes ppl think they can have everything on the place - cheap, good location, walking distance to LRT/MRT, big layout, completion soon.........

Maybe they can consider getting a subsale flat whistling.gif

Rumawip Minest @ Sentul is freehold...but size slightly small

2. Is the project still walkable to the MRT?

1. There will be 2 entrances, one is jalan kolam air 6, another one is from sentul link straight turn left into another entrance at the side of the building.

Got this from agent. Seems like the main entrance will be from highway (sentul link)? walkway to MRT i'm not so sure. is there any?

I dont think so, because the only access routes are via the elevated road and jalan kolam air 6. the agent mentioned that the developer is not building the bridge to cross the railway tracks. if only this is walkable to mrt, would have been really great

If that's is true there is entrance from Sentul link, the car will go directly to the facilities deck. Unless guardhouse is at facilities deck smile.gif

Nope. Facilities deck is 5 floor above the guardhouse from sentul link.
