lol if its freehold, then sure kasi sapu habis already... like the minest rumawip, super high take up rate despite the density also not really low

yes bro, its up to everyone decide its worth, i'm not advocating this project is good, but just let you know what the market here wants.. thats about it.. lol.. everyone have different preferences, if you ask me investment wise, so far rumawip have good rental return but appreciation kena wait 5-10 years later the maintenance good or not

frankly speaking looking at the numbers of 2 rooms units in birch, its memang cater for investment more than own stayers.. plus most mrt linked projects in KV also heavily investors oriented

then if developer willing to design the entrance facing that side, its walkable to mrt station, with adequate access planning, car also can passby in out thru the ktm track as well

yes agree, for rumawip buyers its an added bonus la... the pricing already set for rumawip, have mrt or not its really an added bonus, for those who need it, 550m is a short distance actually
