The residents at Jalan Kolam Air must be freaking p**sed off.... Previous was Dutapark now they have to deal with 818 units rumahwip. How the small roads at this neighbourhood goimg to cope with traffic.

lol if its freehold, then sure kasi sapu habis already... like the minest rumawip, super high take up rate despite the density also not really low

Looks like its just a popped up roadside condo project which happens to be a rumawip project.
Either 800sf or 900sf will make it a good ownstay project but it does lack basic amenities like chinese kopitiam, banks, etc. And to me, it does make the birch look like an investment project due to being same area, cheaper and bigger in size. |
