That's true, so far I have only had one freehold rumawip - circo pantai biggrin.gif
When ppl say they want only freehold but budget is 300k, want nice location in KL.. I donno what to say.
Sometimes ppl think they can have everything on the place - cheap, good location, walking distance to LRT/MRT, big layout, completion soon.........

Maybe they can consider getting a subsale flat whistling.gif

As confirmed by developer, there will be two entrances for this project.
One from Jalan Kolam Air 6

Another one from Sentul link (new exit directly to the condo). There will be a ramp up to Level 3 carpark from there.

There will not be a bridge across the KTM tracks, therefore you can choose to either cross them to get onto the other side or to walk the longer way to the MRT station.
The landed houses around the area are mainly Chinese.

Big layout for a Residensi Wilayah (901sqft). Big yard and balcony. Rare to see it in new Residensi Wilayah as developers can get away as long as they fulfill the minimum 800sqft rule set by DBKL authority. Many don't even come with balcony anymore.
Not bad for first home buyers, I would say.

Registration is open, no booking fee required.

Interested buyers are advised to register early and get the documents for Residensi Wilayah portal ready as APDL will be approved very soon and the project should be up on the portal next month. The early prepared you are, the better units you can choose. (KL city view instead of facing highway)

Process as below:
Registration with developer authorized agent -> Registration of account on Residensi Wilayah portal -> Update info & upload all the necessary documents onto the portal -> Wait for project to go live -> Click apply -> Unit selection -> Loan application -> DBKL approval -> Loan approval -> Signing of SPA & LA
