Like shown in the picture, the road is sentul link, which is double lane currently, they will increase 1 more lane which is a short one to enter into the guardhouse.

Yes this sentul link entrance is elevated, like the entrance into top floor carpark of aeon alpha angle wangsamaju.

As confirmed by developer, there will be two entrances for this project.
One from Jalan Kolam Air 6

Another one from Sentul link (new exit directly to the condo). There will be a ramp up to Level 3 carpark from there.

There will not be a bridge across the KTM tracks, therefore you can choose to either cross them to get onto the other side or to walk the longer way to the MRT station.
The landed houses around the area are mainly Chinese.

Big layout for a Residensi Wilayah (901sqft). Big yard and balcony. Rare to see it in new Residensi Wilayah as developers can get away as long as they fulfill the minimum 800sqft rule set by DBKL authority. Many don't even come with balcony anymore.
Not bad for first home buyers, I would say.

Registration is open, no booking fee required.

Interested buyers are advised to register early and get the documents for Residensi Wilayah portal ready as APDL will be approved very soon and the project should be up on the portal next month. The early prepared you are, the better units you can choose. (KL city view instead of facing highway)

Process as below:
Registration with developer authorized agent -> Registration of account on Residensi Wilayah portal -> Update info & upload all the necessary documents onto the portal -> Wait for project to go live -> Click apply -> Unit selection -> Loan application -> DBKL approval -> Loan approval -> Signing of SPA & LA

As per what previous discussed. If you dare to walk across the KTM track, you should be able to reach MRT Sentul barat in around 550m distance. If not willing, then no nearby walkable train station. Have to drive.

You can walk to MRT if you're willing to cross the KTM track or you walk super far under hot sun.

Just went to do site survey today, the entrance all the way from the road in front of Kondominium Menara Megah and Jalan Kolam Air 4 was terrible and horrifying, its like going through a jungle with abandoned house and many foreigners around, hope the entrance from sentul link highway would be better.

comparing this and the miharja rumawip, what's your take?

The only downside for this project now is the lack of accessibility to mrt, if only if the developer build a walkable road across ktm track (not a bridge) to other side. sigh

Has anyone signed the SPA? Heard that the developer has assigned the Jalan Kolam Air exit as a 'second tier' exit, no cars but bomba/TM access is allowed -.- Also the construction time is 54 months, is this longer than usual?
