I am kinda curious about AP companies , Lets say for example my n95 slider spoiled or the lcd shows dead pixels
How they fix these kinds of problems?

Do they send for repairs? or just replaced a new set for you

no AP set is considered as expired/unauthorised set so you have to pay rm30 for software/firmware update
