The Other Day I Went To Nokia Care Center At Sunway Pyramid And Asked Regarding The Slider Issues... I Was Just Trying My Luck If I Can Get The New Slider Replacement For Free.. Suprisingly, The Technician Guy Who Inspected My Phone Said That My N95 Is Qualified For A New Slider FOC.. (The Slider Is Not Very Loose, But There Is A Gap When The Phone Is Slided Up And The "C" Key Is Pressed...).. Unfortunately, The Nokia Care Center At Sunway Pyramid Has Run Out Of Stock Of The Sliders.. He Asked Me To Go To Their HQ At Berjaya Times Square For Replacement.. BTW, My N95 Is Ori Zitron Set... So Should I Change The Slider? Anyone Has Changed Their Sliders?

Currently Updating To 12.0.014, I Suppose It's A Minor Update, Maybe To Solve A Few Bugs That Make The Phone Crash And Restart..

Well, IMO, The Voice Navigation Of Mapking 2007 And Nokia Maps (smart2go) Are Good.. And MUCH Better Than The Asia Maps (NavFONE Pro).. I Installed Garmin Mobile XT For S60 Too, It Can Support The Maps From malsingmaps.. Very Updated.. Unfortunately It Requires The Bluetooth GPS Receiver From Garmin..

For Those Who Have Tried The MapKing 2007 For S60, Do You All Notice The Interchange Feature When You Enter The Highway? I Find It Very Cool.. Because You Can Know How Far You Are From The Next 3 Exits In Highway...

Also, I Sucessfully Backup-ed The NavFONE In The Memory Card.. At Last After So Many Months, I Formatted The Memory Card For The 1st Time!

Yes, You Can.. In Fact You Can Install Asia Maps (NAVFone), Nokia Maps (smart2go), MapKing 2007, Route66, Garmin Mobile XT, iGo, Papago And TomTom.. These Are The GPS Softwares That I Know So Far.. But Do Remind You That Due To The Lack Of RAM, You Can Only Run 1 GPS Software At Once...

Can I Know Which Forum? Because, If Garmin Mobile XT Can Support The Internal GPS Of N95, That Would Be Excellent. As Far As I Know, Garmin Mobile XT Is The Only One That Can Use The Maps From Malsingmaps.com, Which Is The Most Updated Ones...

Try To Download The Latest Nokia Map Loader 1.2.1, Delete All Maps From Your Memory Card, And Load The Maps To Your Memory Card Again..

There's One Options For You To Keep The Backlight On Fulltime Under Options Settings..

Ops, My Mistake, That Options Only Allow Backlight To Stay, And Not To Stop The Power Save Timeout.. Yes.. It's Version 1.2 (Updated To 1.2.1 When I Launched The Apps)..

Yes, Only Can Activate 1 City Per Time.. But I Found Out A Way By Myself To Activate Other Cities Too.. Let Me Share It Here.. Go To The C: In Your Phone With Y-Browser For Example.. You Will Notice A Folder With A Lot Of Numbers (Usually The First Folder In The List, For My Case, It Starts With 2000)... Enter The Folder And You Should See 2 Files.. One Is LOAD.INI And The Other Is NAVFONE.EXP... Delete Them (You Might Want To Save It Somewhere In Case Anything Goes Wrong Later..)... The Next Time You Enter Asia Maps, They Will Prompt You To Choose Which City To Activate (Exact Same Screen Like What You See After You Flash Your Phone To The Latest Firmware)... Again, For Our Case, Only Malaysia And Singapore... After That You Will Be Able To Load The Map And Use It With Voice Navigation... So The Next Time You Want To Change Maps, Just Repeat The Steps Above..

It Works For Me... And I Downloaded Malaysia Central Maps From AGIS Website.. So Now In My List, I Have 3 Maps..

As Far As I Know, The Maps In Your Memory Card Will Not Be Listed In The Nokia Map Loader.. But You Still Can Delete All The Maps.. After Clicking It, You Will Notice The Free Storage Space Increases...

I Suggest You Format Your Memory Card.. And Reinstall The Applications.. Although I Would Prefer To Format The Phone (Hold Star, Green Call Button And Some Other Buttons When You On The Phone) And The Memory Card At The Same Time.. Confirm You Will Not Face This Problem After That.. Do Remember To Sync You Contacts And Calendar Entries As Well As Backup Your Gallery.. 1 Thing I Don't Like About Nokia Content Copier Is It Copies ALL Files From Your Phone.. Including Those Unnecessary Files..

Well, I Think There's 1 Reason Why The Birthday Is Not Working As What You Guys Expected... First Of All, I Am Not Sure Whether This Applies To Windows As Well... But Everytime When I Sync My N95 With iSync (Mac OS X), iCal With Somehow Work With Address Book To Automatically Create Entries For Those Contacts With Birthday... So, There Will Be Duplicated Entries If Both Calender And Contacts Showing The Same Thing.. Actually It's Not Only The N95, It's The Same Case For My N90 Too.. So I Assume All With Symbian OS Work This Way?

But The Contacts Search Option Is Fixed In V12...
