For those that wish to update from v1250 to the v1255 here is some information before you proceed.

This update was created to address some online security issues, add additional overall stability, and match the new retail DVD version recently released in Europe. The update consists of these files:
rFactor.exe
rFactor Dedicated.exe
Plugins\NetCommUtilPlugin.dll

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to reactivate rFactor if you upgrade to v1255. Before you do this, find or get your original confirmation email. Make sure you can locate your Activation Number, Order Number and email address used. If you need a new confirmation email sent out to you, visit this site:

Download the update from any mirror site. First move the original files into a \Backup directory. Unzip the contents of the update ensuring you replace all three files. Once you run the new version of rFactor, it will ask you to Buy/Unlock. Follow the Already Paid link at the lower right of the first purchase screen, using the Activation Number and email address from the confirmation email.

If you need to have your email changed or your activations reset, please send a request to purchase at rFactor net

The retail version 1255 is a compilation of
Full version 1150
Brianza and Jiading circuits
Update version 1250
Panoz Esperante and 2007 Sauber BMW F1 vehicle add-ons
Update version 1255


Q: Can I play online with people who have the retail DVD.
A: Yes, so long as you have upgraded to v1255.

Q: While this update work if I have v1150 or below?
A: No, this update will only work on v1250.

Q: Is there a full install for v1255.
A: There is a retail DVD version of 1255 and a digital version will be made available in the future.

Yes, team strategy dah kena ban ngan FIA...precisely about impeding other member jer.

New rule since Michael Schumacher retirement. We could see that last time Ferrari manage to get away even though practise team strategy in actual race.

Ingat lagi masa Schumi and Barrichello. Barrichello was ordered to give Schumi the race win. Really pitty Barrichello that time. Boleh tgk reaksi dier kat podium even though Schumi kasi winner trophy and Let Barrichello stay at #1 podium.

P/S: Tapi pelik kenapa lepas Schumacher baru nak implement?
Are they really dont want so called by Commentator "F1 Genius Driver" Alonso to challenge Schumacher records?

I see. Very good decision in order to keep other teams to compete with top teams.

FIA also has plan to further reduce engine capacity to 1.3 or 1.5 liter in 2011.

I think FIA's step to be economical and environtmental frenly is good and technology wise can be used in a production line...think about the efficiency of the f1 engine now....

But i personally disagree with their arguments that changing tyre rules and compound and lowering the engine capacity will promote more overtaking.

To me if u want more overtaking, propose reverse  grid order...but ego is big in this business...and lots of money is involved to be gamble cutting through the field.

One thing yg mungkin akan fight F1 popularity will be the series which involve footbal club which in in planning now. The series will be like F1 series.

Mungkin if FIA continuously changes the rules and regulation, they will damage their reputation later on when the new Series kick off later.

There are rumor regarding several F1 teams are not going to sign new contract with F1 after they finish with their contract few years later.

For me, tak setuju jugak ler kalau capacity jadi rendah. Mungkin speed still laju, but to be call 'Formula 1' , the car should be greater than road car in the first place. If not, why not just call ' Formula 1 Road Car Spec'. Much better i think.
