I think for vanilla 12 it will be significantly higher than that even with sale, and entering the league of "topup a bit get IP 12 pro" game.
As someone rocking 74% battery health IP8, I guess the battery life won't be much any worse than that. Only concern is when 5G is available and 12mini's battery degrading 20% down the line, then might back to 3hours SOT game. My normal practice is to fix and renew my battery 2 years down the ownership.
Now my last worry is whether the 4GB RAM will be the limiting factor of the device few years down the line just like the 2GB RAM did to my IP8. IP8 is still a solid device for me if not for the smaller RAM, wish I had played the topup a bit go IP8 plus game back then.
