I don't remember I saw something like that. Ios will learn your usage pattern and and charge accordingly, such that it will be full when you need it ( in theory ) . Try use phone longer

It's a built in iOS feature, nothing should bother you too much unless every-time when you need the extra charges it got stuck at 80%.

It's not totally unprecedented, just that it's very rare and not scheduled.

I remember few years ago Apple even have a pre-CNY deal, it must be good value back then to make me remember till now.

As for the Apple Watch unlock, Apple can't have integration with cheapo smartband/TWS earphones unlock feature like Android do? Never tried before as TouchID was hassle free for me back then. Not that I expect Apple to allow us to have the luxury of unlock for cheap like Android did though.

Lowest was 2999 if you snatched midnight of 1st April with HSBC/SC cards.

If you opt for installment, the lowest was 3199 as you can't use bank vouchers, only saved RM50 store voucher (which finished by morning of 1st April).

Alternatively, if you're someone with huge monthly mobile plan commitment, Maxis is offering good deal now where you suscribe to their 188plan+48shared line for 24months contract, they give you 128GB mini for free (RM1).

RM236 +6% SST for 24 months will cost you RM6000. Minus the IP cost of RM3k, that mean your monthly telco bill (with SST in) will effectively be RM125 only, and that's for 130GB of data to be shared among 2 numbers, quite cheap than their vanilla offer of RM98 (103.8 with SST) for 40GB data. For comparison, I'm currently on RM68 (RM72 with SST, EastMalaysia exclusive plan) for only 30GB of data.

I got my new phone from switch 3638 for normal 12 64.
I didnt expect actually the battery life, not as bad as i expect. Charged to 80% till now almost 23hr still left 36%

Yes, for a battery capacity under 3000mAh it’s pretty amazing. I just “downgraded” from my 12 back down to the 11, and although the 11 has a lower resolution screen and a marginally bigger battery, I find the battery life to be about the same based on my usage.

Probably wait for the next online sale - perhaps for Raya, maybe 5.5?
