New 12 mini owner here. Coming from 11 pro (lol).
Phone had minor speaker issues. Sent to QCD Sunway. My god. It has been 5 days no updates. Everytime I call they tell me “wait for us to call you”. Is this normal?
Only had it for 1.5 days. Didn’t have chance to fiddle also.
Comparing My exp with Samsung and Huawei, this is.. bad.
Samsung will repair on the spot. Huawei would replace 1:1.
