The game only fun for 1 month when u explore the entire world. Once finish the quest is repeating everyday, even also repeating and same location

Rolling for hero is a joke 5* every 90 rolls and 4* every 10 rolls and 3* less than 10 rolls.

My heroes setup pretty good also I quit I got diluc, venti, geo guy

Every banner will keep refresh every few months

Farming for eq also quite annoying u can fight 50 games get 1 good item or all rubbish.

Their teamwork system still bugs and not encourage

if finish the in world quests is easy (even vs level 90 enemies).. just don't ascend to level 100 enemies then ok.
use all 4* teams with good weapon + artifacts setup is good enough to clear content.

Tricky if kiasu wanna clear all Abyssal run till floor 12... that one then really need good 2 teams of x4 heroes.

that is why I don't really care about abyss.. play story, quests, and explore the map is why I play this game the first place. Those free few 100s gems.. see I use 8k primogems spend all one go also can't get Hu Tao.. in the end still depend RNG whether game want give u 5* or not.

If you can do at least Abyss Floor 9 & 10, just do it. Can farm up to 300 primogems from those 2 floors alone. Abyss 9 - 12 rewards are repeatable every 2 weeks. Don't sit on it if possible. Go to the main Genshin thread, experienced people can guide you better on how to clear the floors.

Never too late I guess, older players level are capped already. Plus, there's no benefits to catch up with the older players anyway. If you need help, older players can join your world & help you out.

There no ranking so even start now it's the same you only can't play with your friends that higher levels

Is the time factor also for Abyss.. keep retry x10 times every chamber gonna use up many hours. Sometimes use up that many hours also cannot pass.

Then now they add in freeze mechanic make our life difficult. Previously don't have.

Go to Mihoyo forums la see for yourself how many didn't even reach to floor 8.. many just sitting between floor 1-8 until now.

Give us gems there but make things so difficult in abyss for floor 9-12.. is like no heart la.

I rather just buy gem sub and save up gems. This time I will really save a lot and aim for Pyro 5*. Don't care about other characters liao.

oh and pls dont spend all your hard earned money on gems (unless if rich). Gem monthly subscription is the most worth it thing in game you can buy. The rest are overpriced, don't say we don't warn you

Don't forget, Genshin is more of a puzzle game instead of a full action game. That applies to Abyss too, once you solved the puzzle, the floors will be manageable. It's possible to reach floor 12 with only 4* characters. But to be fair, the devs also need to take into consideration of whales who spent a bomb in the game. We're talking about C6 Diluc, Childe, Ganyu & co. here. There need to be contents suitable for those whales as well since it's their primary source of income.

But don't over stress yourself with Abyss. I usually just clear Floor 9 to 11, collect the primogems & other rewards along the way only.

Nope, never too late. Probably great too since you'll have much more content to enjoy with the updates and all. It's a pve focused game, so unless you are somehow competitive with your friends and all, there's really not much that you missed out. At most its just freebies from events, but then again, there will be future events too so...

Yes its a fun game. Biggest problem with the game is the endgame. It's gonna take you awhile to reach there so its fine.

Tbf, the first abyss season was worse. Floor 10 was a pain especially with pyro carries. Continuously losing HP and crap ton of whooperflowers with so much resistance. Floor 12 with stamina issues. But once you build the team strong enough, you'll kinda outscale it and it becomes just another place to farm.

Floor 9-10 is now sheer cold, which.... does nothing until the bar is full and even then all you need is just a heat source which are just around the room.

Floor 11 was a nightmare at first, but once you learn the AI of the mobs for 11-2, its not bad.

Floor 12 is now in a pretty good spot since its actually harder than 11... unlike the previous version where you dont even need to bother running healers.

Abyss has always been a content for the more hardcore players, which majority of the player base aren't. I personally know a lot who does not go past floor 3 simply because they just enjoy the chill side of the game.

Yeah exactly.. I prefer chilling and explore instead. The domains, quests, etc is tough enough for me. At times if team is noob still possible to fail domains or bosses lol.

I focus on 5* heroes only because last time I play 4* I just upgrade to the minimum if I have money I focus 5* with that I also not enough $$$ especially when u near max level no more drops of gold and upgrade materials

yeah true.. thats why i refuse to upgrade my Amber as she's my 2nd pyro only. level up to level 60 also feel it's a waste since she's shit tier hero.

keep hope to land that 5* Pyro.. Klee, Diluc, or Hu Tao also ok. All stronk.
regret last time didn't try harder for Bennett or save for him at store..
