next version will have new area to explore.. it seems that every 3 months there is a new area in Genshin according to trend.
In between are minor updates for events and new characters.

once you get more and more 5* characters u will get bored like some here.. or sometimes doing everyday commission/resin quests will result in this too (once run out of main quests to do). But things will get better la.. in future maybe more fun things able to do.

If wanna spend make sure just stick to gem subscription mthly.. the rest not worth to buy at all.
if dont get the 5* u want this time just skip it.. they already rotating old 5*s like what happened to Keqing recently. Soon others like Diluc, Venti etc will follow suit.

Remember to check the 'History' page after at least one hour after the pulls. The history page will clarify whether your last pull is the banner 5 star or not.

The real way to level up is only using those exp books. There's no levelling by killing monster really.

You are guaranteed 1 4 star every 10 pulls. If you get one 4 star earlier though, the 10 pulls reset. As for the limited character banners, here's how it works. Guaranteed 5 star characters at 90 pulls, this is called hard pity. At pulls 75 and above, the chance increased significantly (based on user posted pull results), so this is called soft pity.

Note, that it says 5 star, and not the featured 5 star. When you get a 5 star character, it's either the featured character or the non-featured character. If you get a non-featured 5 star, your next 5 star will be guaranteed the featured character. If you get the featured caracter, the next 5 star will be 50/50 featured/not-featured.

That is to say, you will need a maximum 180 pulls to get the featured 5 star character. Well, you can get lucky earlier and get two featured 5 stars in one 10 pulls. See Post 990, page 50.

There are 3 banners +1 beginner banners in this game. The first is the limited character banner, previsouly Xiao, currently Keqing (although she is not a limited character), and next one possibly Hu Tao. Limited characters means you can only get that character during that limited character banner (Again, Keqing is not a limited character). Quitte possibly, you would not be able to get that limited characters for a very long time (usually its one year). In this banner you can either get the featured 5 star character or the not featured 5 star character. If you get the non featured, the next 5 star will be the featured. The pulls count/ or the pity count carries over to the next limited character banner. This banner also features three 4 star characters that have greater chance of being pulled.

The second one is the weapon banner, soft pity is said to start at 65. You can get either 5 star weapons.

The last is permanent banner, where you can pull any 4 star characters, non-limited 5 star characters, and 5 star weapons.

Is it just me or the last tower defence "in blink of an eye" not worth doing? Gives less reward and 10 waves of super tough and fast enemies. Don't dare to switch on challenges other than upgrading towers only. At the end of it me and team mate had like 3 creeps escape.. Reward only 1500+

Edit: got my reply at reddit already. Do mission 7.. Once high level towers can just build towers and leave it on autoplay. Last mission is just for fun.

I think I got really lucky or the game simply wanna hook me into spending money . Did about 30 pulls got Diluc + Mona + Keqiu + Razor.

After watching tons of guide , I think the best is just to focus 2 main guys else sure not enough materials.

DPS can go up to lvl 80 while most supports stays at lvl 60 only. Don't bother going to lvl 90 even with your DPS, cause the amount of exp books needed to bring a lvl 80 to lvl 90 is the same as bringing a lvl 1 to lvl 70.

You'll need 2 teams for Spiral Abyss anyway. So you'll need 8 playable characters at least. Most people tend to focus on the first team until AR45 anyway. So don't stress about the 2nd team so soon.

If you're a beginner, the only advice I give you is save your primos and roll for Venti. His rerun is coming after HuTao.

First team is so freaking hard liao still need 2nd?

Well, floor 5 onwards will have first and 2nd half of the battle, so you need two separate teams, both have to be able to deal enough dmg.

Like I said, don't stress about it lol
You don't have to build another 4 characters immediately. I did it in phases. For floor 5 to 7, I actually pulled it through with just 6 playable characters; 3 in each team & a filler as the 4th character. By floor 8 onwards only have 2 full teams.

After u finish the story quest etc, it's all bout farming for gears and upgrade materials.

That’s really lucky.

Just put in resources into your main dps.
Diluc is an excellent main dps and keqing isn’t bad either.
You can have one lead team A and the other team B.

I'm playing at slow pace lol

Actually is 2 only. It's Xingqiu not Keqing.

Diluc is really power house dps. Mona can be sub dps but kinda hard with diluc. I using barbara E to pair with diluc.

Xingqiu would be the best support for diluc. His ult will always apply hydro for every attack of diluc's so close to 100% vape. Mona.... she's great if you can build the party around her la, otherwise probably razor-kaeya combo is better.

No healer is ok?

Diluc-XQ can team with bennett, Razor-Kaeya can team with diona. If you wanna use barbara, probably on razor team since diona's heal is not as strong as bennett.

I stress lor.. For this spiral ice abyss..I only able to clear first area.. Haih I'm just bad with balancing with the freeze mechanic.

Floor 9/10? Yea, if you dont have a strong healer then everytime the freeze bar almost full then have to run towards the warming thingy & seelie. It'll take a little bit more time, but better than dying I guess
