From what I read through the twitter comments.

TS did indeed tried to reached out to the youtuber before striking his videos.

This wasn't shared by TS personally but by his close circles.

Not sure about the truth to it.

Report him again for harassment. He hasn't gotten in touch with TS to clarify things but instead put up another video naming TS and resulting in him being harassed. Fukken trash rants few minutes about TS then says oh don't blame him and then proceeds to rant about TS again. Obviously trying to rile up his fanbase against him.

Well, my opinion is different in that TS can own the art but not profit from it under fair use. In the same vein, he can stop other people like this YouTuber from profiting from it too by using the copyright strike.

If this YouTuber wants to claim fair use, then the artist has fair use too. If he wants to claim copyright, then he doesn't have the right to use the art either. So which is it?
