Which again as I said before, Youtube does not uphold or dismiss copyright claims, they only provide the tools to make the claim. It is the court that determines who owns the copyright.

It have everything do to Bandai. TS is claiming that the depiction of a gundam head is his.
Even ItsAGundam himself never claimed copyright to his mascot, or even his channel name.
Said Gundam head is a copyrighted materials, and any similarity to its is considered as plagiarism.

The fact that you said the art is 'based' on certain likeness or IP is by itself an admission that its a plagiarism under the protection of fan-art.

Youtube rarely does any human review of a strike, they only did it for selective channel. It is almost always automatic.

There is a reason why we called the artwork that depict other people IPs as 'fan-art'. Not for the heck of it, its to protect ourself from any predatory legal hounds.

Yes, I actually have legal claim to all my OC donut steel that I created by myself, and for myself.
This happen automatically under common copy right law, I don't even have to file it for this rights to be granted unto me and my creation.

I didn't watch it initially because I honestly doesn't care much about the context and focused more on the strike abuse.

Its even fucking worse than I thought.
The youtuber didn't use TS artwork because it is TS artwork.
The youtuber used it because it is within the context of his video unrelated to said artwork.

This youtuber is making a commentary of another youtuber who used TS artwork, and said artwork appeared in a brief intro.

Its not OC DONUT STEAL artwork too, its a fanart of its'Agundam and PokiMane.
IF were talking about copyrights shit, TS doesn't even have a leg to stand on since its a fucking fan art.

You own the copyright to your IP but do you own the copyright to the fan art? If you own the copyright, then you can put the fan art on a t-shirt and sell it legally. So do you own the copyright for the fan art to do that or not?
