any txn >RM250, but you waved > enter PIN to proceed?

reason as stated in FAQ. same applies to Duo as well.

this card waved before at different places/merchants?

1st time gotten this card? perhaps try to do 1st txn with pin first, then try wave again with the same merchant/terminal (if possible)

some merchants/terminals may disable wave as acceptance (i encountered it at a clinic! ) did the merchant staff tell you?

VS was before Duo

after Duo, they created Duo+ (which is hard-bundling of VS and Mastercard)

after Duo+, VS standalone cannot be applied

cancel at the kiosk

no transaction

there will be a [Cancel] option on the kiosk screen. just cancel it without lifting the nozzle.

if enter RM1, somehow it will still preauth RM200 first, then auto-release few days later
if enter RM2, it will preauth RM2 only
