Do you see the cashback crediting only during your statement cycle, or will it be posted to your account in the middle of the statement cycle as you use the card?

Nope. Only for VS application they called due to address issue.
I added last Friday for Duo and no call but today received SMS that it has been approved.

I submitted last week as well, no news until today.

I did not. Didn't know need to go branch. Damn troublesome this bank. If not because of the RM80 cashback......  grrrrr

I wished to collect from branch too but they don't allow.

I wanted to apply Affin Duo card the card manager told me he dont has the form, need to go to branch to apply.....

I prepared all the requirement documents and application form and went to submit at the branch last Tuesday, without realizing that the branch was Islamic banking branch, and was told that this pair of CC can only be applied/processed by conventional banking branch.  So happened that branch was being converted from Islamic Banking to Conventional Banking last Friday, so they keep my application form and said will submit after the conversion.   Checked the application status through IVR yesterday and was informed that my application has been approved, now waiting for the cards to be delivered, then I can start cancelling my other cards (JOP?  FCB?).

What courier company Affin use to deliver the card? Is it GDex?

Just to share my experience in ipoh. Total 10 days from date of apply till self-collect the CC at branch. Apply internet banking on the spot. it is fast for my case.

Anyway, u cant avoid to go to the affin bank unless you dont want internet banking or you already have it.

My CCRIS installment has 2 months arrears due to one credit card that I forgotten to pay the service tax for 2 months . I wonder whether is that the cause.

Other than that, my credit utilization is very low, maybe 8% only. Is that a reason why?

Any idea where can I find the MCC for the excluded government services?

Anybody having issue topping up their BigPay? I keep getting that please contact your bank for support error since yesterday. This time I did not do any cleanup in BigPay.

I managed to reach the otp page and get the otp, the error message is shown after the page is redirected back to BigPay. I assume it is BigPay issue now?
