My own experience was the card was inactive for 3 good years and then they implement service charge (RM25) per card and that bloody inactive card got charge RM25 as well.

I then refute with the customer service while they give the "robot" response stated need charge and i debate back that this card is inactive and not in use after some escalation, card got cancel and the charge was cancelled.

i kena before, i schedule transfer at certain date and it showed success, so i thought done.
after few days the money returned back to my bank account, seem this A bank having some maintenance and rejected the entire payment    .
sender bank say A bank rejected entire transaction and return back the money.

and they dare charge me late charges and finance interest.

However, I was at an Affin branch yesterday for SA banking matters and I just simply “ranted” that Affin still doesn’t have banking app which is an inconvenience. The officers agreed and said their app will be rolled out next year but don’t know the exact period.

Since no date and whatsoever, maybe it’s Dunning-Kruger effect.

Anyway, I’m really hoping it will be available next year. Without app is rather inconvenient. Same goes to Alliance…

does your affin internet banking show VS or Duo+ card image?

my other card show VS image but card using Duo+ logo because it was applied just before Duo+ publicly announced (transition period)
