Just came back to KL branch submitted documents. This is what the sales exec told me

For Duo, annual fee waived for 3 years. SST waived for second card for first year. Meaning RM25 for both cards on first year.

For new to bank customer, RM 300 spending within 45 days will get RM 30.
Only one time per customer so if you apply both Duo and VS only can get RM 30 once.

He suggested me to collect card at branch as according to him courier will need signature..

I did thumbprint verification at branch and there will be second verification by call from card team.

The RM30 is not the guarantee cashback.

I was asked to bring NRIC only and on the spot used it to print EPF statement.

I was told RM 30 is only for the VS but good to know there will be SST rebate.

just now called CS request for BHP Affin card annual fee waiver...

condition of 12 times swipes fulfilled as mentioned by CS. She is putting up my request for waiver.

meanwhile my VS card being return to HQ, as im waiting someone in branch calling me to collect the card. CS put up request to send the VS card back to the branch again.

Yes, but I didn't visit their branch. The sales person came to me, she came to my office area to get it from me.
