OK, back to my missing Duo application issue. It was indeed missing and gone into thin air, nobody can explain why and how. So, my agent sent me the Additional Request Card Application Form to add Duo cards, at least she said no need to take thumb print verification again..

Funny that I applied Duo online and added VS when I met with the agent but only VS was approved. 

I forgot how many times I did, I think only twice too. It appeared on my CCRIS on 03.09, quite fast for me.
Gotta follow up with her then.

Yes, please check how many cards are approved after this. I think probably mine is 1/1000 cases. Even the agent and CS cannot explain as well, how can it happen.

Let's make that 3/1000  Got the VS approved but not the duo despite sending 2 different application form and 2 diff set of EPF print out.
Might even be a SOP for them not to approve 2 cards if apply together. Who knows? Ask the agent why, she also cannot answer. Ask me to fill the additional card form.

Now got to wait another few weeks for the duo.

I just walked in to branch, the visa signature looks like a good deal too, 3 % contactless cash back for all excluding government and charity transaction, submitted my application for this and also Duo.

So, I just called Affin Bank at 10.46 a.m. for CIP application and I was told an officer will call me back by today.

I'm surprised the call came in 5 minutes ago. He asked me which card I want to use for CIP, I chose Rewards card so that I won't mess up with other cards' transaction as I don't plan to use this card at all. The problem is I haven't activated that CC yet. So, CS helped me to activate as well. Good job.

Everything was done via phone, it will be credited within 3-5 working days. The officer who called said if I'm interested with 0% BT, can straight contact CS and mention his name. This guy is efficient.

Oh ya, my earlier call to CS also checked for my Duo statement date and I was told it is the same as VS.

0% BT application require to submit other bank CC statement?

Just performed CIP, maybe later I try fill up 0% BT and send across see if they can process or not.

For the 0% BT, do we need to provide them our statements?
