Yes did. He confirmed already pre-registered as mentioned 2 times.

3) I'm not new to affin. I already have online banking prior to Duo. my other principal applied Duo, pre-registration done by branch staff when collecting card. both cards activated. no issue register online banking.
So maybe I wait for reply from others if someone did pre-registered and registered online banking with 1 of 2 cards still not activated. It was my guess. But depending if others have successfully registered online banking with one of the duo cards still deactivated.

I can blame Affin for not pre-registering properly. But after they 2 time checked, I am wondering if this is an issue from my side with 1 of the 2 duo cards not activated.

The BT process is still efficient as last time. Applied over the weekend and already received the confirmation call  :thumbsup:

1. I got my card and activated on 14/4
2. Swiped TnG eWallet RM1667 and BigPay RM1000 on 14/4
3. Bank charged me RM25 SST on 14/4
4. Received cashback of RM50.01 (should be cb of tng) on 16/4

Based on your experience, is my account statement is on 16/4?
And the BigPay 1000 cb will be carryforward to 16/5?

it's actually based on outstanding balance as per the announcement.

eg if you clear your outstsanding before statement, you'll only get rm50 capped cb (cuz outstanding is less than rm3k)

My affin duo got charged SST. But they only charge on cashback card but reward card they waived it automatically.

Anyone manage to get waiver for cashback card as well?

yup, they will offer BT time to time, so just spend RM2667 to get RM80 enough
last month, was going to finish my BT in 3 months time, then they offer 0% BT again and can sustain for another 12 months

My rewards is inactivated, but I still get statement monthly though.

i just update my auto debit for GE & Zurich insurance via online, due to replacement card (frandulent), and it no longer free update for auto debit. it will charges RM1 non refundable per policy.
