Affin Online account... do I need to do at the branch? I was trying to register online but unable to request for TAC. Failed to retrieve record

Yesterday received a call around 7.30pm asking for verification and ask for HR contact to verify employment status. I've been having credit cards for like 10 plus years this is the first time I've been request for HR verification.

Some more now CMCO most of the HR person is working from home. Then she ask for HR email. So mafan, if not because of the credit card benefits I might pull the plug and ask to cancel application

Is it a good idea to only activate CASHBACK card, and not the REWARDS card though.. seeing I might NOT use REWARDS card that much, just the CASHBACKS

I already have Maybank 2gold, and pb bank quantum cards.

hi all, my card got approved last week. expected to collect next week. sorry if i missed the train, but how to apply affinOnline?

the reason i asked so is, days before, i top up Touch n go without any otp due to already a saved card with pbb vs.
then no cb in statement, then i called to cs to enquiry, the cs told me if top up tounch n go without otp, not entitled for 6% cb.

my question here is , for affin duo, i want top up my ewallet. should i put affin duo as saved card and top up without otp for future, will it entitled for 3% cb ???

This will cover SST for one card of the Duo only right? So we still have to pay the other RM25?

I asked the branch officer but was told that just need to activate card and click first time login with the credit card number... but, now i have issue where it shown FAILED TO RETRIEVED RECORD

Debit card numbers are not embossed so can't be used at this device.

Just picked my cards up and did all the internet backing stuff, but when I logged in can't see any CC (even though the account was created using a CC number), did it take a while for you as well? To be fair its only been 2 hours since I picked the card up, maybe got processing lag.

And also it's following statement date (is there a way to check my statement date in the website, or do I have to wait for first statement to be generated?) based on the documents provided. Does Affin have PBB's funny "first statement is more than one month so you don't get cashback for it" thing?

the cashback calculation is based on the calendar month or bill cycle?

They did offer to me even when I am half way through...
