i wanna know, if i'm principal of 1 plan, and i have 4 1 family supplementary lines, will i be able to enjoy free calls between supplementary line and supplementary line, or it is limited only between Principal and Sup line.

how about other telco family plan (Maxis & Celcom)? do they give free calls among supp line?

From what I heard from Digi service centre, it is free between main and supp, supp and supp. But I can't confirm that to you because I only have one suppline, can't test it myself and Digi staff told me the wrong information last time. So it will be better if you can call their helpline and ask for more details then update us here. tongue.gif

You called the old helpline number? After I changed to postpaid, the helpline I always call using prepaid no longer can get to the operator, always cut off at the same place.

Try 016-2211800.

RM250 Free credit? shocking.gif

Maybe u should define how u reload like hell and share with us how u get ur RM250 credit from DIGI..

Question: Digi 1plan - RM0.13 per minutes to all networks

Is this for real? Or they charge differently based on peak or off peak?

Digi are 1 flat rate, no differently based on peak or off peak and area.

Hi all, I just received email feedback from Digi. Yes, Digi 1 Plan and 1 Family allows free call between Principal-Supp Line, Supp Line - Supp Line as well.

Also, I check this with Maxis, and they are offering the same.

Thanks for the information! Looks like I should ask my family or friends to supp my line, so that we all can call free each others. 1 main + 6 supp, total 7 lines can call each others for free, yeah!

The problem for why I didn't choose Maxis is because of the call rate. RM0.13 for any network or fixed line, and RM0.10 for 6 friends and family numbers, no other network provide such a low call rate tongue.gif

I saw the 25 cents service charge to both parties.

Does the previous TT between prepaids is still maintained at 15 cents for both parties?
