any Penangite went to Queensbay Mall today? There is a Digi Roadshow there today...
I went there and grab some stuffs....well, 'some' free gifts... here it is, a pillow and a notepad, there is more, but i dont have time to grab it all  it ends till Sunday, folks in Penang, go grab some stuffs.... |

I would say the roadshow is a bit stupid...
the agents there dont really understand what they are doing... there is this Caller Tunes promotion where if u purchase 3 caller tunes, they will charge you RM3 for only for 3 songs, so i think its kinda worth it and purchase it since i already activate my caller tunes but when i get home, checked my Unbilled Transaction, they charge me RM3 for each song and totalling RM9 When I called Digi, they said no such promotion -.-" how the hell could this happen? the roadshow is a fraud or something? so damn big the place  This post has been edited by jolipoli81: Nov 24 2007, 02:28 PM |

how to gain back my puk code? i even called helpline but cant get to talk to the operator. sigh..
and i forgot my online customer service password i guess calling helpline is the only way rite? |

You will be connected to the operator without menus.and i forgot my online customer service password i guess calling helpline is the only way rite? |
