Just got my car. I thought city gn2 doesn't have flip side mirror.

If you mean electric motor to flip the side mirror, yes it have, controlled via the driver side door panel switch.

If you mean the side mirror will auto flip when the car is locked, no it doesn’t for the Malaysian market. However there is already a plug & play module in the market for it to do that and more.

Therefore the darker the windscreen tint, the easier it will turn on the headlights.

Dont think so. From my experience of driving suprima, its gonna be setting via tcu, either from software update to tcu. I hope I wrong and i hope our tcu will have self adaptation.

Anyone using CarPlay having problem with loud ringtones on incoming calls...? Nearly blew out my speakers today.

Tried adjusting volume but every time new calls come in, the volume reset itself painfully loud.

Also having problems with Waze volume resetting itself after setting to appropriate level. Sometimes loud sometimes almost inaudible...

Same here on the incoming calls. Haven’t figured a way around it yet.

Hi. Which battery brand and model recommended for city? Use the car for short distance only (3-4 times a week). Fetch kids

Since I’m on custom ringtone, I re-edit my ringtone by adjusting volume by -12dB...

So what happen if your phone rings normally. Can hear? Since you reduced the volume.

I have to bring the phone volume higher... one minor problem is my notification sounds will be a tad louder, but that's not a problem since I'm always on silent mode... sweat.gif

I've noticed this issue seems to stem from both Honda and Apple. Honda being the HU having a bug of resetting volume level, while Apple being having loud Carplay incoming call ringtones for years. Google the latter problem and you'll see complaints everywhere on all car makes.

You don't understand.
Cable only connect with app.
Call connect via Bluetooth. For a Bluetooth device, there should be 2 volume control. On the device and on the phone. And since we cannot find the control volume in the device, then you can control through phone

I don't see the point of connecting via bluetooth when I can get everything via the cable... except for straining my battery...
