Suggestion only Wait for TNG CEO to file counter action plan a week from now

Item 4 is done already while item 5 is tricky

Item 1 is already is in place just that not enough awareness or PSA around 🤦‍♀️

Item 2 will be complicated as some cards are not registered in the portal

Item 3 is doable can be expedited quickly

The minister is useless as his main function is to get COL lower on main items like food instead of focusing on unnecessary things as he is trying to divert the attention from the main problem now 🤦‍♀️

Tracking number will be given once you have place the order

Delay is due to NinjaVan backlog because of holidays

Pending pickup means the card it is still with TnG pending for NinjaVan to pick it up

Govt have no power to intervene on this commercial decision 🤦‍♀️ Only BNM Governor has the power to do it but they won’t because of optics and it looks silly in front of the eyes of foreign investors and Visa

Pending pickup means it is still at TnG office 🤦‍♀️

Just wait until into in transit then it will be delivered to 3 to 5 working days as NinjaVan is still having backlogs from the holidays

Another one is on the Alipay voucher - i had to loging my account using my friend's phone as my phone was having some technical issue at that time of use. Right after that, the daily check in function and the daily flip and win awarded vouchers were denied in my account. Raised a case with them and the reply below:

I told them that both are verified with IC, both are genuine users and accounts. they should have done better and yet they reiterated the same reason ' system review. bullshit excuse ... damn fed up with them.Anyone experienced this before?

Any complains concerning EWallet will have to be BNM 🤦‍♀️ because EWallet is regulated by BNM while KPDHEP only for for the physical card side

Visa has enough cards around in the world in stocks to be printed anytime

Either they haven’t paid Visa for the batch printing of cards or delay on NinjaVan due to overwhelming response from the general public
