Today morning just received email from tng Suspicious Activity Alert - We recently noticed suspicious activity on your eWallet account. Hence, your account has been temporarily restricted.

Called them up but they say nothing wrong with my account. Not being ban or anything.

This is such a joke. I have around 3k plus in go+ and last week just topup 1k lazada pin and using it to make payments to merchants Sengheng,  mamak shop all small amounts also considered suspicious activity 😡

Does anyone have experience on how to resolve this? (Never used Duitnow features. Payments to different businesses were approved. But I attempted to reload using the same credit card a few times, the account was suspended)

Called the Customer Service but officers were unavailable. Emailed Touch N Go and was told they would only reply within 72 hours.

Paying for insurance is what TNG itself describes as intended use. Should report to BNM. Their fraud and AMLA algorithms going haywire...

If you use SETEL for PETRONAS you can set TNG visa as payment method.

The SETEL app allows you to set pre-authorization limit at your heart's desire.

This is one reason why I jump onto the TNG ewallet ecosystem. They seem to be the most holistic ewallet at the moment. And basically TNG visa is accepted anywhere visa is accepted.

If you use other petrol station I'm sure you can find some other hack for it too.

I’ve been cashing in go+ via m2u for a long time and cash out every month to pay for credit card and encountered no issue. But now starting last month I’m beginning to topup via Lazada tng pin to maximise my Maybank Amex cb. Meaning now my m2u 5k will add up together with my tng pin 1k. I’m afraid I will get ban if I withdraw to bank account even like 3k coz the FPX and pin is all mixed up together now in go+
