Anyone having issue to login tng EWallet?
My app suddenly log off just now and I try to login. Only key in my pin once which I’m sure is correct PIN, but, have this error prompted.

Seem like someone trying to hack my account??

Aiyo, I try to call also can’t reach through.. sigh.. when really want to make payment, then having such issue

I try once before, they type the alphanumeric codes but the amount to pump is the amount i pay not the amount i buy

If I reload my tng ewallet using credit card for cash back purpose then I keep the money in go+ for 2 weeks and then cash out to my bank is it ok? Or I will get banned too?

I have this A+ Rewards check in bug.

I am on 6th day check in yesterday and I am expecting 7th day check in rewards today, which is rm3 a+ discount.

But suddenly today the check in reset. I start from day 1.

Did I missed something? Or is this a bug?

More like tng system cutoff period cuz before u guy late for the cycle check in ald.
by default, a new cycle is start on Thursday and end on wednesday.
If u late one day or two(the cutoff point is not clear cuz no one wanna experiment on it) , they may reset to new cycle without letting u guys finish it.

the card vendor is in downtown KL  ... if tng using courier like citylink, should get the card within 2-3 days for KV

if they cheapskate using poslaju or even slowmail (considering the potential volume they get hit later)
if tng using new BIN, many merchants will fail to recognize it. will need some time for merchants/payment gateways to be updated to identify new BINs and process accordingly.

What scalpers? If they sold out then just order a new batch to sell la... how many cards scalpers wanna buy? 10m? 20m?

Just apply, knowing tng, it'll probably be hard to get like the enhanced nfc card.

Prepaid cc actually very useful. I use it a lot for online purchases. You have to top up the card before using and you only risk losing what is inside the card versus CC where you can lose the whole credit limit. It's a standalone card, unlike debit which is link to savings account.

Also very useful when dealing with non-reputable sellers, small sellers or those "recurring" model type payments.

Previously I am using Maybank prepaid cc but now they no longer offer this. So I'm actually looking forward to getting one on this tng visa prepaid cards.

Sounds really good I guess I never got into it cause never understood it.

Can you use it to pay for stuff at supermarket too?

I think old fashion Maybank/aeon or tng prepaid cc with physical card makes sense for most ppl??

Last time , grab dropped plan to release prepaid and end up team with maybank to come out credit card.

another thing for those looking at bigpay. i ditch bigpay as it got a lot of spam/fraud. once you unfreeze card, even without using, you phone will keep ringing.

Wise is better option as can easily convert money and use for oversea. Wise is more secure and dont have the issue which i have mentioned above from bigpay.

Yes. Simply said if they do not have enough cards, they should ordered more. However what happened was they got greedy and they want to prevent everyone from switching over to self reload because there are money to be made from recruiting dealers and selling top up machines. Just like the rfid, my cousin got them for RM30 and selling them for RM35. Not sure if there are other incentives for selling their products.

One thing is certain. Using paydirect as an example. There are a lot of things that can be done on their backend to turn a stupid card into a smart card. They could even auto-reload non nfc card if user link their ewallet to their tng card. One such example would be how Zing card are able to auto reload without actually needing nfc. It could be done but they refused to do it.

If I enable Paydirect and my e-wallet balance is not enough, it will then deduct from my tng card, right?

Eg. e-wallet balance is RM10, card balance is RM20. Toll payment is RM15. Will it deduct RM10 from ewallet first and the RM5 from card, or directly deduct RM15 from card?

Hmmmm interesting, my card is pay direct enabled, but never seen tool booth trying to deduct from the card, its always been eWallet. My card balance had been on less than 20 bucks all these while (couple of years now)
