The result from Engear and Nazz video also vary. But i love the way they discuss the acceleration test result in Engear. Love the overall explanation by that pakcik janggut.
Yup can clearly see in Nazz video also here starting at 2.22. He drove x50 first & it won the race. He drove bmw second & bmw won the race?? Clearly shows driver plays a big factor as well, best to get professional drivers to do the test if want a proper results.
Inconsistent results from all the other videos that I watched. Perhaps the driver could play a factor in some of the variables in the test results. After all they are all from the media & not professional drag racers I supposed. From paul tan video, bobby ang & few others seems like x50 pulls ahead. Don't take my word for it, you can watch it from the video from 2.09 onwards.
Inconsistent? Sorry from all video I can watch , not even 1 video show x50 doing under 9second , all is 10 ish second I consider it to be very consistent liao

So the AEB works. Instead of fully crash the car in front it reduces the impact.
It works, yes. AEB is definitely not meant to prevent 100% crash. However, from what i saw in the video, the cars are not moving that fast and I believe the AEB should have prevented.
I can think of 2 factors: 1. X50 is heavier than IRIZ and perhaps need a longer braking distance ? AEB triggered but ultimately it still dependent on the overall braking capability. 2. Response of the AEB system (processing speed) is not as fast (or could be calibrated to react more aggressively).
Donno lah...the one that i read and study, you should not do AEB test repeatedly and using the same car...sometimes the ECU can become crazy...just imagine you drive from office to your house, how many times you wanted to langgar front car?just my 2 cent
