Inconsistent results from all the other videos that I watched. Perhaps the driver could play a factor in some of the variables in the test results. After all they are all from the media & not professional drag racers I supposed. From paul tan video, bobby ang & few others seems like x50 pulls ahead. Don't take my word for it, you can watch it from the video from 2.09 onwards.

century sprint should be with single driver, up to temp. tyres, low fuel, hot and dry day, grippy tarmac

then only official time is good, like manufacturers' official fuel consumption figure

 

Adaptive/intelligent cruise control all control your paddle electronically so if anything fails, you cannot start your car/move your car lah etc.

I find the spec questionable. IMO I feel the vehicle has not got the power (177hp 256nm ) Proton claims. When it struggles against 140hp vehicles, I find this alarming. I dont believe the claimed FC. At the moment dont have any proof on this issue!

Btw, why people say the launch will be delayed since emco? Tanjung Malim is not in red zone. Surely the venue will be in Proton Tanjung Malim right..

I think this is due to poor transmission design. Transmission on this vehicle is Geely inhouse design. It struggles against HRV with 40hp less!

Paul Tan claims 9s+ on sprint. I tend to believe this.

Just for infor sharing about the City iMMD technology which is nothing new as Toyota Prius C already has this piece of tech way back in 2012. Think Honda is late to this tech.
