Guys, what car cam you all bought and spent for this car?

Yeah saw some mention over that thread and they prefer capacitor instead of battery operated 70mai, but discussion doesn't seems active there despite this is somewhat a compulsory add on for today's market

From 70mai site it appear for parking function to work, need to add optional Hardware Kit for Parking Mode, means it is tapped to fuse box to use car bettery instead of the unit's battery? Wonder would that cause car battery to flat even faster

Got my FS today after a year of wait. to be precise somewhat 355 days

tried 100kph today and no weird high pitch wind noise or whatsoever, overall happy with the car.

May upgrade speaker to a better component set, hope accessory get to do without modding wires.

Yeah sound proof were good, so far I only tried with Radio FM, haven't try bluetooth/usb and stuffs yet.

Looking for Component set for front like DB Drive or Focal entry level set hopefully without addition of amp, if buy high end speaker usually high RMS need stronger amp to power them.

Normal wind noise at 100kph is expected to me, I don't think this is unacceptable or annoying as car reviewers commented.

Glad that they solved it, hope the earlier batch owner get a fix soon. So far the wind noise are minimal and acceptable level as how I think other car should have at this speed.

Meanwhile for right side mirror, to me the angle were alright, I'm just 170cm so not a big issue to me, but would be better if can be angle just slightly more outwards, luckily it was a curved mirror so coverage were pretty decent.

Also tried the ICC today I felt it stay a bit too much on the left of the lane where motorcycles would often cross, not sure if the system would learn and adapt the preferred distance we would like when ICC is on while we resist the steering for a bit longer.

Not sure if anyone here can answer you, but definitely the assumption of capable SA can get you car faster is legit.
But what if everyone know that SA capable and book from that SA in the end he got long queue too.

Does these DSP came with amp? I wonder how output were boosted with just DSP which practically like a device that modify instead of amplify sound signal output.

Coming from MT driver I find this normal because the gears are directly connected unlike conventional AT where the gears wasn't directly connected except for cruising they will lock it up.

DCT is basically 2 sets of MT that changes gear automatically, so it will somewhat inherit some MT characteristics.

Can't comment much on this since this is my first turbo and my first DCT

But 1 thing for sure is that coming from MT driver, low gear will feel the drag obviously, heck even just A/C compressor kick in on MT car can directly feel the drag especially when you're on 1st & 2nd gear

Not complaining anyway, it is how DCT works mechanically and I'm totally fine with that.

Same with X50 it tends to skip Gear 1 even on a steep hill.

If say Proton/Geely did a fix to reduce low speed drag, which possibly by applying throttle, that would affect FC pula.

We get something and lose something. I came from MT, this low gear drag on X50 is very acceptable VS controlled by human at Gear 1 or 2 you need to be quite skilled to be able to smoothen these drags without disengaging the clutch.
