I think one of the main selling points of Trion 2 is to be able to see THE 4 KINGS (PNB118, TRX, KLCC, KL Tower) at the skypool.. lower-to-middle units who are going for the views can only opt for TRX view (since we all know One Residence is there to block liao ma...). Just not sure how is the block orientation of Ecofirst's project.. but most likely cannot see PNB118 liao la...

But Trion 1 buyers conlanfirm buy for the whole city views (except those facing BM side).. if not build so high for what.. tongue.gif

Hopefully won't block Trion 2's views la.. but we dont know block orientation of the Ecofirst's project yet.. maybe the 70-storey block is nearer to the left of Trion 2 then we won't have PNB118 view ady lo...

My unit doesnt have any effect coz facing facilities but I hope I can see PNB118 at the skypool ma... hahaaa

Talking about OKR, it's really a nightmare when you need to pass along this road. Within 3 km need average 15 minutes with so much junctions, traffic lights, U-turn, and crowded vehicles.
Nowadays aplenty projects over this road: Binastra Citizen 1&2, PV Arena, AK Harmony & Rumawip, Bloomslave, Nest 1&2, Exsim Millerz, D'Ivo... can't imaging add in these ten thousands units how the road condition getting worst.
CSL is different scenario, CSL is industrial area and don't have long road line like OKR. Before CSL complete transform, it's really exist an industrial area feel than make uncomfortable for stay.

Actually what uncomfortable about industrial? Nearby Trion 2 only has PNMB and Makmur, which are light industrials and making literally no noise.. what else industrial will affect you other than the perception?

If it was in the past (10, 15 years ago), yes, definitely got some industrial image problem because used to have some factories that mix paints, cement etc.

Those who buy CSL for own stay must be aware of the existing infrastructure and it'll take time to redevelop. Also should no expect nice big parks or green lung places because the land is all small size and owned by many different individuals, hard to acquire land to make any kind of masterplan

Personally for own stay with my spouse and I, our main attraction to CSL property is the proximity to workplaces in central KL area and nearly certain amenities, without being too expensive icon_rolleyes.gif Having lived in "green" areas near parks but a bit "ulu", we both dislike the travel time more than enjoying the green attractions sweat.gif by the time reach home and weekend le too tired and stress from travel to enjoy parks.

So what's "comfortable" for ownstay is ultimately personal choice tongue.gif

All "outsiders" come in this industrial area to work causing crowded, jam, noise and mingle-mangle.
Strange various vehicles, car, van, lorry, truck, bike drive in-out frequently and not eco-friendly.
Most of the industrial workers are blue collar and vulgar foreign workers.

Weekend:
Back to quietness but not a vibrant place without commercial, leisure or amusement activities.
The desolate instead feel unsecure during pass through.

Anyway, this is very personal. No offense.
Location wise, no doubt CSL really a strategic and prime location.

Golden triangle area doesnt have ongoing constructions with strange various vehicles, car, van, lorry, truck, bike drive in-out frequently and not eco-friendly.

Weekend:
This is even weirder and illogical. We already know this area is undergoing redevelopments and it takes time. For sure currently doesnt have what you mentioned la adui rclxub.gif
Unless you tell me you buy property is not for long term investment but want to see fast and short term profit then you should go for stock trading... Give and take ba... you can't pay peanuts and expect this and that.. you can go for rumawip in golden area also de... thumbup.gif

I can offer some pointers, since I’m currently staying in CSL (the first residential building in this industrial area, not hard to know which that is).

One thing that is common between weekday and weekend is… the jam in Jln Loke Yew. It has become my habit to look out from the window and stare at the red taillights from the cars. It’s quite a view I tell you.

I will take 5-10min and rejoice in my feeling that while I’m in the comfort of my home, people are stuck in the jam, hungry perhaps, or frustrated by the jam. Especially if it rains. I sometime wonder why they dont just move into my building.

The mall I frequently visit: Velocity, Mytown not so much, Mid Valley for Aeon (the Maluri Aeon just gives a salah vibe idk why)

The eateries I go: Pudu if I want sth cheap, Petaling Street if I wanna go cafe-hopping, and Kuchai Lama if I’m bored with KL central spots.

As for the demographic you described (vulgar industrial worker), lol I can’t judge their vulgarity from their driving la. Jln Satu is most of the time quiet, the only time it is jam is because of Trion2 truck blocking the road. The worker will come signal signal, but since Jln Satu is just 2-lane, a buildup of jam comes quickly.

Also, right now many irresponsible Trion agents or customer park along Jln Satu (perhaps this can consider a form of vulgarity?). I can only imagine more people parking by the side after Trion2 handover. Lucky I have 2 carparks within my building.

I actually quite welcome Trion and Trion2 to CSL. It helps CSL pull off the “industrial” label. Also, Trion2 can help block out the Sg Besi kilang view for my building, leaving only the printing factory and the DUKE3 view. And sorry Trion2, we blocked 31floors of your KL view, so if view is your priority you gotta buy higher.
